What we collect

When you ask for a report we keep your name, work email, company name and the country you sell into. Nothing else. This site sets no analytics cookies and carries no tracking pixel.

What we do with it

We use it to run and send your report, and to answer you if you write back. We do not add you to a list, run follow-up sequences, or share it with anyone.

The AI answers we collect about your company are generated by the assistants named on the home page. We store them to produce your report, and keep them so you can check any number against the words.

Who else touches it

Your questions are sent — without your name or your email — to the assistants’ developer services and to one search-data provider, whose privacy terms apply to those requests. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

Report data is kept while you are a client and for twelve months after, then deleted. Write to us and it is deleted sooner.

Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted: satayu@fortyquestions.io. If you are in the UK, EU, Australia, Singapore or New Zealand, your local data law applies and we will follow it.
